Wiggly Bridge Distillery began with a simple question asked over a family dinner: “What if we made our own whisky?” What started as a father-and-son experiment quickly became a passion. After years of research, hands-on distilling experience, and building their own stills, David Woods and his son turned their dream into reality, founding an award-winning small-batch distillery in York, Maine.
Family-owned and operated, Wiggly Bridge is dedicated to crafting exceptional spirits using a blend of old-world tradition and modern innovation. Named after York’s iconic Wiggly Bridge—the smallest pedestrian suspension bridge in America—the distillery embodies the idea that great things come in small packages. Every batch is carefully crafted with a commitment to quality, character, and craftsmanship.

Founded in 2013 by friends Jake Austin and Will Fisher, Austin Street Brewery grew from years of homebrewing on Austin Street in Westbrook, Maine into one of Portland's most respected craft breweries. What began as a shared passion for great beer became a self-funded venture built on creativity, independence, and a commitment to quality.
Today, Austin Street Brewery remains independently owned and operated, producing innovative, high-quality beers while staying true to the community and values that inspired its beginnings.
